Victoria's Olive Oil Company's finest grade of aged balsamic from Modena, Italy is produced in the traditional style. It is aged in the Solera System for up to 18 years in chestnut, oak, mulberry, and ash barrels.

Try with: Drizzle over vanilla ice cream, yogurt, mix with fresh berries, or drizzle over grilled steak. Or, create a beautiful glaze.
