Portofino Bakery uses several locally-sourced ingredients such as, Island grown wheat. Portofino Bakery is both locally-owned and operated here on Vancouver Island.



The Market Stores have been bringing natural and organic products to Victorians since 1999 when the first store on Yates street open its doors.  

The Market Store's passion for hand-made home-cooked products has led them to create their own line Meat Pies and Sausage Rolls, which are sold exclusively at both stores. They work hard to support local companies and source local ingredients. The Stores also boast a high end bakery, creating everything from fancy tarts and pastries to decadent wedding cakes.



Tree Island Gourmet Yogurt is a small-batch dairy processor specializing in artisan yogurt made from Vancouver Island’s best milk, honey and fruit.

Their ingredients come from small family farms, with each batch handcrafted using a long, slow cooking method. The result is whole milk yogurt that is true to the company's roots.
